White Anchor Point provides maritime brokerage services including, but not limited to, dry cargo chartering, fixtures, market intelligence, and maritime consultancy. Our role is to act as an intermediary between ship owners, charterers, and cargo interests. We do not own or operate unless expressly stated otherwise.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we act as brokers on behalf of our clients. A binding brokerage relationship is established only upon written confirmation or acceptance of our terms of engagement. Commission and brokerage fees are payable as agreed in individual fixtures or engagement letters.

All fixtures are subject to mutually agreed charter party forms and terms. White Anchor Point assists in negotiating terms but is not a party to charter parties unless explicitly stated. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all contractual documents before execution.
Market intelligence, freight rates, and advisory information provided by us are for general guidance only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that such information is complete, current, or suitable for any particular purpose. Clients should conduct their own due diligence.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, White Anchor Point shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the brokerage commission earned on the relevant transaction, or as otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless White Anchor Point, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from inaccurate information provided by the client, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable laws.
Both parties agree to treat commercial, technical, and personal information exchanged in the course of business as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to complete a transaction with relevant counterparties.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of White Anchor Point or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful content, or to attempt unauthorised access to our systems. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access at our discretion.
We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, port closures, pandemics, or government actions.
